The imagery here is just great...together with the pic. Chilling! I think my boys will love this one!...and I get to throw in a 'moral of the poem' too ;). Fab write. Panda :)
Interesting vision of a lonely journey for men who chose the path of piracy on the seas. I feel every mist that rolls in with the distant clang of a pirate's ship gliding through the fog. I've felt the same approach while sitting out on the marches of Ossabaw Sound.

The very thought of pirates brings a shiver to my bones, and has. ever since I was a little girl, and my grandpa took me to see Peter Pan on stage. Since that time I have thought of pirates as evil, nasty wretches.(Captain Hook darn near scared the pi** outta me) Great job on this and I hope you are right that they live in a limbo somewhere, paying heavy dues for their sins and evil deeds. Aye, Matey!!
