I saw this photo of a tree, and immediately this poem came to mind. It resembled a dancing crazy woman.....
Crazy Maude And Her Lover
Crazy Maude was struck by lightening
Dancing on the shoreline

Didn't stop her for a second
Never even whined
Finger in her nose
She flicked a booger in the air
Grabbed lightening bolts to scratch her back
As thunder boomed and blared
She hocked a loogie on the wind
Gyrating, hopping, on the spin
She mooned the storm, she messed with fate
Her attitude was.....merely bait
Come here, you flying yellow snake
Come give ol Maude a kiss

The lightening frowned, and hurdled down
It got her on the lips
Electric, magic, searing kiss
Filled Maude head to toe
Then eyeballs hissed in raptured bliss
When lightening licked below!

A woodie!
Splinters!
Termites!
Yikes!
And then.......
Maude became a twisted tree!!
Forever reaching high
Looking for her lightening lover
In those stormy skies!
Poor Ole Maude

You are toooo much!!

Now I know you went through the door and puffed upon the hooka. The only thing lacking here was a trail of cookie crumbs and Bergman hiding in the shadows.
Maudes pretty doggone spritely for an old broad. If you put a big tub of grapes underneath her she would do a good job for a winery.
Your constructs are like platinum meteorites striking the senses.

And I know someone else who flings boogers and hocks loogies on the wind - but I won't mention Big Ed's name - I don't want to embarass him.
