In this world, we must take care,
The alternate, the worse for wear,
Day by day means wear and tear,
Fall not into any lasting despair,
Be smart, stick to your own lair,
Breathe freely the God-given air,
Fear not, allow yourself to dare,
Show yourself by what you wear,
Be very wary of fortune’s glare,
It may drag you about by the hair,
Avoid at all cost the soothsayer,
Before bedtime, kneel in prayer,
As a philosophy, we should share,
Little children we need to spare,
Allow not the swamp to ensnare,
Of all ghouls and ghosts beware,
They have the capacity to scare,
Fulfill your duty, fair and square,
When in doubt, do not ask where,
Destiny will surely take you there.

Nothing but wisdom and good old common sense in this poem. Simple yet hard to adhere to in our day to day life, but so much more satisfying when all is said and done. Thank you for the reminder.

I have to admire the ability to create entire poem with the last word rhyming throughout and still maintain the essence of the struggle and what it means to hold tight to one's principles and beliefs regardless of change expected.
when you can solve your problem, there is nothing to worry about; when you cannot do that, all the more so, there is nothing to worry about it -- your destiny will surely take you where your true place is ;))
