- The Final Outcome -
By John Herlihy
I pause for breath as I await the final outcome
And breathe we must; it adds to the total sum
The physical world pushes us to take measure
The spiritual world inspires us with its treasure
We look on the physical world to see its forms
We feel the spiritual world God’s Spirit adorns
We cannot see the spirit and yet Spirit invades
Vital forces will flow as wavelets and cascades
The breath in winter white sparkles snow color
The earth breathless as wind tickles the flower
Mother Nature silent until she sings so sweetly
Breath, wind and whispers thrill us completely
We breathe out our lives in tribute to the earth
We breathe in breath of Spirit for eternal birth

For composing this awesome piece I’ve enjoyed reading
Peace be with you

I am amazed how this poem, line for line is almost exactly the same length. The symmetry is uncanny.
