I make it a point to take care of things,

Benefiting from the satisfaction it brings.

Some take off clothes to throw on a chair,

Others just throw things out without repair.

I always keep my fresh laundry neatly folded,

I can find the things in my house blindfolded.

My tie fixed with a tie clip; I polish my shoes,

I enjoy a cloudy day without feeling the blues.

Even the routine of my hours fully measured,

An attention to detail what I always treasured.

In the meticulous care of objects I put my soul,

Everything has its value, I never anything stole.

People are another matter, raising questions.

How to accept good and bad, any suggestions?
