Suddenly by John Herlihy Things happen suddenly Suddenly, oh so suddenly Suddenly deafening thunder Suddenly awash in wonder Facing the unexpected Feeling unprotected Suddenly out of the blue A harsh winter wind blew Of a sudden there before me What I didn’t want to see Suddenly all the world to explore Suddenly death knocks on my door Suddenly an unexpected windfall Suddenly I am held in thrall Suddenly there is nothing left behind Suddenly I feel peace of mind Suddenly arrives the final hour Suddenly on my grave a simple flower - - - - - Copyright © John Herlihy Friday 9 May 2025

MOST CERTAINLY IT HAPPENS THAT OUT OF THE BLUE...COMES THE UNEXPECTED. INDEED, SUDDENLY AND A SURPRISE TO US BUT NOT TO HIM WHO 'ORCHESTRATES' EVERY EXPERIENCE WE WILL EVER ENCOUNTER.THIS PRINCIPLE APPLIES...EVEN OUR TRANSITION HOME. THANKS, MY FRIEND. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...HIS+INSPIRATIONS

Life is like that. Suddenly things happen that we never expected. Causing us to change our path for the day and do whatever is necessary to meet the challenge of what came so suddenly.

But more and more, the future is somewhat predicted and we now have devices that can prompt us and tell us that something that normally would be sudden, becomes anticipated.
