Mystery of Mysteries by John Herlihy We live with myriad mysteries We live with one vast mystery With live our lives in mystery Mystery hidden behind a veil All the mystery soon unveiled Certainty will lift away the veil We know nothing of the hour We know only the hour is near To know the day and the hour The last day, the hour of rising Of reckoning and accounting The day that is forthcoming Then we will come to know Truth of the unknown, there In the knowledge of certainty See through into the invisible See all that is unseen, there In the divine eye of certainty Once deaf, dumb and blind Now the ear you hear with The clear mind you know with The opened eye you see with Touched by the divine hand That you now can touch with You ask about the Holy Spirit This you will never fully know You ask about the life to come This life you will come to know All knowledge to be fully known Trust and certainty to be fully felt The Master of all humanity Living God of all that breathes I seek protection of the Lord From an arch-evil whisperer Who whispers untold evils Into the heart of humanity - - - - - Copyright © John Herlihy Thursday 25 December 2025

GOD HIMSELF IS A MYSTERY TO US, FOR WHO HAS SEEN HIM? BUT THEN 'BLESSED ARE THEY WHO HAS NOT SEEN, BUT BELIEVE'. SO THEN...THERE ARE SOME MYSTERIES, OF COURSE...THAT GOD, BY HIS WILL, HAS KEPT HIDDEN AND WILL NEVER BE REVEALED TO US ON THIS SIDE. THUS, WE NOW 'SEE THROUGH A GLASS DARKLY' AND SOME THINGS WE WILL NOT UNDERSTAND, BUT WE 'STAND' BY FAITH(EPHS 6:10-18)...AND TRUST GOD. REMEMBER, THE WORD OF GOD SAYS...'REBUKE THE ENEMY, IN THE NAME OF JESUS, AND HE WILL FLEE FROM YOU'. GOOD STUFF HERE, MY FRIEND, ENJOYED. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...HIS+INSPIRATIONS

I resonated with these thoughts John. The spiritual war is very real and escalating, as is clearly being evidenced on the global stage and in our neighborhoods. It is also clearly highlighting the complexities of human nature, spiritual truth, and morality. The Holy Spirit transforms and renews us, He creates harmony and unity, and He gives us courage and joy for the mission. For me, the 'Mystery of Mysteries' is not a problem to be solved, but a sacred space of wonder, trust, faith, belief, and transformation. Much enjoyed. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. Peace. rlc
