A poem exploring the process of Spiritual Redemtion.
Redemption By Bill Fleming Running the race; my will losing pace. Walls closing in; a game I can’t win. Gasping for life; drowning in strife. Save me Please save me Oh Lord please save me My head hung low; ego must go. Consumed in pride; my spirit has died. Hollowed in heart; a brand new start. Save me Please save me Oh Lord please save me On bended knee; a heartfelt plea. Surrender is clear; His absence I fear. A breath of life; diminished strife. Save me Please save me Oh Lord please save me My spirit crowned; a purpose found. My faith debuted: a love renewed. My soul was cleaned: I am redeemed God saved me. God saved me. God set me free.
