We built a big white snowman

it was such a wonderful treat!

He had button eyes and a carrot nose

and daddys shoes sticking out for his feet!

Pieces of branches we cut for arms

must put him some gloves on

add a vest and whammy

he looks his best!

It took us hours to get him just right

had to roll snow up real tight

At the end we added a 10 gallon hat

He was so cool and that was that!

He was a cowboy snowman

ready for his lady friend

Not the little bunny that came to call

The little bunny looked up

 into Cowboys big black button eyes

"Whats this"

  she said,

"Someone new in my

 neighborhood

to play!"

I sat at my window and

watched them both

and I saw her as she began to smile

Miss Bunny was quite a looker

and she used her batting lashes well

She was so good,

 Mr Cowboy Snowman

was about to melt

as he looked over her little pelt

She said, "bend down here and

I'll give you a kiss,

right there on your frosty cheek"

Cowboy with his frosty self

just couldn't resist her charm

He said, "I can't my lady or I will break,

won't you grab my arms branch!"

So up she jumped again and again

then she caught a little wind

She grabbed real quick

and was up lickedy split

and she sat right up on cowboys hip

Up she climbed

it was shoulders she had in mind

So sitting secure

next to cowboys ear

she kissed him on his frosty cheek

Cowboy laughed with joy and delight

spinning around with her

 on the frozen ground that night

I watched them dance

a round step it was

with a spin or two

Cowboy danced nice in daddys shoes

Darkness began to fall

and Miss Bunny bid a-doo

saying she wouldn't forget her cowboy

As she walked away

I knew something was wrong!

Miss bunny had taken his nose

and now she was gone!

So watch out for little soft furry things

and a dancing snowman on ice

You just might find them

twirling around on your lawn

some cold winters night!
