Tread lightly and do not disturb the silence of a summer day with ease and breath go softly to the sanctuary of her glen

You make me think of many times I sat quietly amid nature's quiet way except for the buzzing of insects and the twitter of birds in the distance. Every day now, I take time to check on the backyard birds. If I'm not very careful and quiet, they immediately fly off. Being city birds, there are very wary of any movement or noise that could be a car about to hit them or a or a cat sneaking up on them.
