Poem Artwork

Surely He hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. Be He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquites: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him and by His stripes WE ARE HEALED!

Your grace is so unthinkably amazing...

To think that OUR God loves us
To think Our God Saves Us!
So many times I took it for granted
How Great Thou Love is!
I have been stubborn
Stumbling in the desert
Wanting everything my way
Wanting nothing but the world
Time and time again You've sent angels
To bring me hope and awareness
That the path's a fork in the road
Angels come disguised
In whatever form He chooses
Your mercy is so great
As a parent trying to lead back it's baby
Rejecting my sin
Giving me a highway avenue
To be reunited with you
Oh Lord bright the darkness
In a world that needs a candle more than ever
Yes, I am the gentle one
Always absorbing the world's energy
Stumbling....
Help me find my way back
You are my best friend
When the rest of the world disowns me
Oh Lord, I'm so in love with you
For your the ONLY reason This Heart BEATS

He is the best friend a girl can have, the quiet companion that never lets you down. Your poem touches the Faith of my Mother and Father, and mine. loved it. :)
