I have been selfish, I have been bad, I hope this admittance will change my karma for the better...

Belief in Karma… Believe in Karma I do, Reincarnation as well, my life here not new, If in last life I screwed up enough to return, *What I do in this life “could”* bring me back in turn… Would negative thoughts be included with bad Karma? If I was to use a darker power to achieve something bad, Would that count against me, sending me back again to start as a lad? I think herein it would, so I have to change my outlook… I have been selfish, thinking only of the self, I have wished certain others to die, simply for the love of money, No more work would I need to do, no more worries of who’s to be paid, I cannot believe how selfish I have been herein… What can I do to alleviate this blotch on my Karma in the recent past? Admit it to myself, move on and hope that it will be my last? What penance can I do to remove this negative Karma? Maybe the mere fact that I do realize it, will blow it away, yes blast… One can only hope and try to do my best in my future life, Depending on how long that will, as well, last… © ed ~ 8/19/04**

Hmmmm... sounds like you are guilty of only one thing, Ed: BEING HUMAN... one of the hardest things to do in life, but one of the most important 'bridges' to cross is to forgive oneself. Contrary to what some believe, mostly about themselves, none of us is perfect. Move along... and keep your eyes and your heart open. There's a huge payoff! (wink) katy xox.

Well, I used to swallow reincardnation, but ditched that for the one-shot deal. I'm tough on myself, Ed. So, I still accept Karma in the form of "we reap what we sow." Ouch! What do I do now? They got me comin' and goin'. Woe is me 'cause I iz bad. Guess, I'll just have to weep at His feet and do better. ;-)

In my house, karma is something we declare when there's no dog to blame it on. In that sense, karma is just like a barking spider.
