I be da dog that is in print in a local newsletter thingie...

I be da DOG…by rufuz That’s right, I do be the dog, Daddy says it and I believe him, Even when he says I do need a trim, I would look better then, all proper and prim… I be da puppy, The best in the world, As daddy does tell it, For me he would to the world, herald… I try to do my best, For daddy I can do no less, He feeds me good food; never does he test, Something new on me, he knows what tastes best… In return for my being the bestest puppy in the whole universe, He does try to help me when I am writing in verse, I hope the day will NEVER come when daddy does ride in a hearse, I would tend to find that to be quite bad, yes for sure the total worst… In print I am now, and my picture out for all to see, Hopefully now I can get a girlfriend yes just for me, Daddy and mommy’s name on the poem sure, They are there only to help me go through a door… © Rufuz ~ 12.8.2004

You're da doggy alrighty, and yer on yah way, I'd reckon you'll be doing your own column in the local rag ( Newspaper soon) hehe. Top write Rufuz. Daddy has instructed you well.

Yes he is da dog and my Nancy says he is a right handsome fella. My little Ringo is something else. Rufus looks like my dog Dempsey the one I rescued from the dumpster. He is now 13 but such a pretty dog.
