Gotta drag your human out to play if you want them to stay around awhile...they don't know any better than to sit in the warmth inside all the time...[rufuz]

Poem Artwork

Come on Daddy, let’s play… (by Rufuz)

I keep trying to get him out,

I practically have to drag him about,

He makes a face when I want to walk,

He grumbles and groans & refuses to talk…

Once out in the snow,

He does have fun I just know,

He chases me, and the snow he does throw,

He makes me laugh, when fall down he does,

Especially when he does call me his ball of fuzz…J

I like it when he does hide behind a tree,

He thinks I can’t see him; he makes me laugh till I pee,

Wasn’t that the reason we came out firstly,

Now that I got him out, I can’t get him in, oh me…J

So for future reference, if you want your human to go out,

And play in the snow and make you laugh,

You may have to go some of the way, yeah maybe half,

Dragging them that far into the cold, make sure they dress warm,

Also, ask them how it is they find ticks on you in the middle of winter,

That’s definitely not the norm…J

Well Rufuz my Wanda drags us out even when it isn't snowing and she says to make daddy dig a hole for you. Like my hubby does for her. LOL

Keep dragging him out there, Rufuz - you truly do know what's best for him - we all need that exercise. And keep hiding his slippers!!

Curious Creatures - Wondrous Waifs, My Life with Animals by Mr. Ed

I’ve encountered many non-human creatures on my life’s journey. I have found each and every one of these animals to be a unique and wondrous being. Animals have truly brought fullness to my life. Some of them have also brought de
