The stylus is more potent than the claymore

Poem Artwork

Too write is to rule the world,

Too read is to rue the word,

We must repent our childhood,

For then we did of reading find absurd…

To grow one must find the pen,

Paper too must as well come then,

Too put thoughts on paper is of men,

Meditating on these thoughts can be of Zen…

The sword of man does cut deep,

Man does of pain weep,

He does through the written word speak,

He does find his muse during paradoxical sleep…

A paradox is what you are Ed and I'm glad
you speak through the written word, or I'd never have
the pleasure of knowing you, and Rufuz(woof woof)!

Love,
Eileen
