Perhaps it is my remembrances from childhood, Maybe I am just getting grouchy in my old age, But I find myself more than happy to at home stay, Parties, dinners and such to not go I would pay� I could be just as happy to work the holiday, Time and a half pay would be of the sun a ray, Even Rufuz is getting older now, he does not chase the kids, He prefers to stay with me, My holiday depression apparently on him rubbing off, Maybe next year I can feign a cold and cough� Guess I am not much for parties, Been a loner all my life, now an old farty, Sometimes more bored with life than I care to admit, Better off I stay at home and take big s***� � ed ~ 11/20/05

Better off I stay at home and take big s***�

Now you tell me, after I spent a fortune on the gold embroidered Holiday Invitations. Do you think Rufuz might want to attend, without you? My dogs would really like it if he could at least show up. They already have his present, buried under the tree.

Ok Ed that is it YOU ARE COMING TO CHRISTMAS DINNER WITH I AND THE CHILDREN!!!! No grouchies allowed!!!! No excuses either as you are only about two hours away! (Sticking tongue out ;O) ) I'll call hubby down in Mexico tomorrow to let him know I am inviting you and since the children and I will be here alone without him this year I know it will be fine. So, NO EXCUSES ED! :O)

I totally agree with you on this one.....believe it or NOT....must be getting old myself or maybe the company I haveis making me feel this way...to be at a party is becomming more an embarressment than fun I can promise you that!!
