INSANITY IS THE CATEGORY...

Poem Artwork

Must have gotten cold,

Over my windows is a mist,

Hey, do you all get my gist,

I am speakin’ here, takin’ a risk,

You are just sittin’ and readin,

I got to do all the work,

All you got to do is read,

Seems I am in my own mist,

Yeah, a fog covering my brain,

Lost I am in that fog,

Send me a light, a candle to see,

Sing me a little song,

Dylan, Lennon or Garcia,

Just give me some idea,

Are you really out there,

Is anybody really out there,

Are you just a figment,

Or are you part of this fig bar,

Just playing with my mind,

Laced with opium,

Diced with PCP,

Marijuana cookies are fine,

Though codeine makes me light headed,

Thorazine does make me shuffle,

No longer can I drive,

I am in no shape to perform live,

Hell, I am not even in anyway alive,

Hey can you at least acknowledge,

The fact that I have some knowledge,

Here I be to make you think,

Here I be to sit and stink,

No shower for two days,

Just here to make you from me shrink,

Though that is contradictory,

I have not won in anyway a pyrrhic victory,

Nor would I had I known,

And no this is not an address valedictory,

Though some would wish me gone,

I am only gone in my own mind,

So enjoy my flight of fantasy and even fancy,

Allow this one rant before I do become totally withdrawn…

Sing me a little song,
Dylan, Lennon or Garcia,

Stand by your phone at 1 PM Eastern Time; when it rings, you will hear, 'China Cat Sunflower,' masterfully sung by my own Kitty Cat Choir - true Dead Heads.

Do What Matters Most by William Cottringer

This book summarizes life's ten toughest tests with ten passwords each to pass these tests. The current overload, speed of change and chaos are all summarized well enough to get to the Land of Simple on the other side quicker than usual.
