Beyond that of emotional pain,

Beyond that of cupids flame,

Beyond that of losing money on the big game,

Pain we have in life, it is unfortunately our bane…

Physical pain may be the worse,

Eventually putting us in a hearse,

Pain may also result from doggerel verse,

Not so bad sometimes, though pain can be quite diverse…

Of pain we do not deserve,

Pain does come from an open spinal nerve,

In a car accident to avoid pain we do swerve,

Pain can as well come eventually from an exponential curve…

Into every life a little pain must us befall…
