I may be lacking,

Yes even slacking,

Of Buddhism though I am backing,

Never on any other am I cracking…

I fully support,

Your rights & beliefs in any court,

Believe on who or what you will,

Do as you see fit or purport…

If you wish to pray for this heathen,

Do so with my blessings, for whatever reason,

I appreciate your faith, mine does enjoy each season,

I read with interest your writes of beliefs,

But for me to change in midstream,

As well and again after all these years,

It feels for me that I would be committing treason…

If I am wrong in my beliefs,

In the end I will find out,

If I get in front of your God,

Then I will honestly say,

I heard of your existence,

My choices were made though at my own insistence…
