If technology did exist,

To go back through time,

To speak to yourself when a kid,

What would you say then, would it rhyme…?

Would you tell yourself of future events,

Would you warn yourself of bumps in the road,

Would you tell the self of a name for that pet toad,

What would you say, would you tell of future loads…?

If you could tell yourself anything,

Would you of some special trinket bring,

Would your young self then of you believe,

Or would he/she just look at you with humor,

Maybe to write it all down would be good,

But be sure to tell them not to take this trip,

For time travel is proven to kill with a tumor…
