Zen is not some kind of excitement but concentration on our usual everyday routine Shunryu Suzuki See the world for what it is, See your drink & the fizz, See the trees, grass & this, All has its place, all are His� See the sky, changes each day, See the fields, growing corn, See the sun, there each morn, See all of life, of it we adorn� See your life, See it without strife, The key meditation, Meditation is concentration� � ed ~ 9/15/06
