From the southwest it came, A short spritz oh so lame, Hardly even wet the roof drain, Twas sunny & warm, now humid, what a shame… Done nothing much today but sleep, Didn’t get round to washing the jeep, Did though fix the company heap, A new headlight installed, it was free, so quite cheap… Looking forward to tomorrows trip, To Annapolis with Rene, till then gotta get a grip, Should I sleep some more or it skip, Oh what the hell, days off are meant for rest, So tomorrow I can be at my level best… © ed J 9/22/07

Hi Rufuz, you look so handsome. Wish you were here to hug! Your dad is a meanie saying you'd like to bury uncle pee wee ed, I know you aren't like that. your dad just loves to play the devil!;-) Have a good sleep and be good, while dad's away. I hope he and Rene have a good trip!

That Rufus is eternally handsome, and yes ... days off are meant for resting. Not at my home though - my wife always hands me a 'honey do list'. Have a safe trip and tell Rufus that I can't take him on holiday with us - we're taking our cat. Rufus might get indigestion. (-:
