Poem Artwork

Lost in a blue funk,

Of boredom, sleeping life away,

Nobody to talk to, enjoyment null,

My brain numb, life so dull…

Pouring rain with thunderstorms,

Can’t walk too far before getting soaked,

Still pretty warm, but only today,

Back to winter tomorrow, life is only a cliché…

What the hell should I do,

A new job I can get,

Though I wanted off for my life to review,

Too a small degree no longer working brings me regret…

I love the rain ever since I recovered from my Heart attack
The next day when I woke, thank to God It was raining
being loving rainy days ever since, before that I used to hate rain felt just like you are feeling now, but now you have more problems to worry about, "A Northeaster" is heading your way with a promise of up to 6 inches of snow & more cold weather
Peace be with you Brother

Ok my friend this can't go on, just listen to your wife and finish all those long forgotten chores she asked you to do, and if you get bored with that soon something will popp into your head that is much more interesting, it won't take long trust me.......... I am having a smoke as I mull over how to help you along further...stand by..
What about those gnomes? no answers from them? Rufuz? eh....
Take a ride with Ann in her new eighteen wheeler, that should take your mind of the doldrums.....what about making some homebrew... this smoke is good real good... I'll have to talk to you later
In the meantime hang in there buddy. Jasmin Horst

You express your feelings very well, Ed. I extend my best sentiments to you and wish you to feel "sunshine." Love and peace, my friend,

Wish I had a magic potion for you, but the only thing that helps me is prayer and meditation. Actually nothing helps unless we truly want to change it. Most times we really don't care to make the effort and only get more bored. I can say honestly "benn there done that" ;-)

There's just so much one can do with too much time on hand. I love working myself. I'll be a barn stormer when I'm 100. I keep moving and keep being industrial to keep up with my creative sid., I guess I'm a "Loose canon". At times it feels that way.
Love,
Susan

Life IS a test with no right or wrong answers. Kind of like a MMPI.
Just decisions.

Life is a test, Ed, it's what we do with that life that determines our happiness. :) I believe in you. Keep writing, okay?

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

I didn't send you the thunderstorms. Promise! They must have snuck in there when I wasn't looking.

Ed, there is much to think about here, maybe, more than you realize. Keep thinking and keep writing.
