He is not much of a conversationalist…

Poem Artwork

He stares at me with big goldish eyes,

Sometimes he seems to ask about the wherefores & why’s,

But from his soul he seems to be quite wise,

To me, to he, to each other we both have ties,

Between us as well we do not share any lies…

I confide in him as I know he won’t to others talk,

Never about what I say does he as well balk,

He lets me know he’s listening with a sloppy lick,

Or just a paw on my hand, neither a trick…

We stay happy in each others company,

We travel short & long distances in love,

He never shows anger nor outwardly pain,

He always allows his daddy to get a buzz,

He does all the time keep me sane,

He is my dog, my companion, my love, my Rufuz…

And you best take good care of him, Bro. He's been extremely chatty on e-mails with my mutts lately. But he made us all swear an oath of silence.

Nothing like having a pooch for a pal! Enjoyed this much, my Boomer has kept me company during my husband's recent fourteen hour shifts at work. Can't ask for a better television partner, can tell them any secrets, don't matter how you dress around them, they don't complain about walking for exercise, they don't hog the bathroom or drink the last cup of coffee! Yeap...just a perfect little companion...Enjoyed!
Blessings from Ky.

I'm sure the two of you have many meaningful conversations. I know he's listening to you, glad that you're his buddy, his caretaker, his daddy! All dogs should be as fortunate as Rufuz! Give the ol' boy a big pat and (((HUG))) from me, 'kay?? Adorable write and pic; four paws up, WAY up! *WOOF!*

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D

I can tell from those eyes in the pic that he is very spoiled by you...but he did one time while you slept get on your computer and rat you out to me...but I promised I would never tell....

Rufuz doesn't have to speak much; just look at his beautiful eyes, he'll tell you a tale (or tail, as it were). Excellent!

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
