When I want out, I merely stand by the door,
When I want water, at daddy I stare for less than seconds four,
When I want on his bed, I check first till he says go ahead,
All with my eyes I do this, not a sound do I make,
And nothing he does do, does he of me mistake…
Little does he know, when walking on the leash,
He is being walked for his well being,
Too much he does eat of that fattening stuff called quiche,
For the most part I help dad and find he is mostly agreeing…
He awakens in the morning at a certain time,
He helps me to write this, one of my rhymes,
He has taught me so much, but so have I him,
The only thing we don’t do together,
Is when in the ocean deep he does take a swim…(too many big fishies there for me)
