The extreme cold has finally frozen my pipes, at least that is what i assume...till they defrost, life cannot resume...e

Poem Artwork

Everything is frozen,

Below zero is it outside,

I cannot even use the john,

I wish it were a fake con…

The job doesn’t me believe,

I can’t take a shower to my stink relieve,

Gotta wait till the sun comes up,

Maybe then the water will fill my cup…

Its happened but once before,

In January of two thousand & five,

We got through it, did survive,

Ah for the good old days of yore…

brrrrrrr...as I sit here in 70 % I recall thiose days of my yore
and shiver for you!;-) although if little birdies can live out in the frozen snow, we should be able to make it inside. as for water
you can melt some snow for coffee;-)

You best listen to your elder brother, I knows all about it. Wasn't it just las week you had too much water, I guess it's always all or nothing, light a joint under the joint and defrost it dear Jersey dear.... Blessings! Jasmin Horst

We really take a simple thing like water for granted until we don't have any...then all too fast we find out. Hope your thaw comes soon and there are no permananent damage.

Also lil'brother, the freeze shrinks everyting that gets out, and once it shrinks is hard to find. Good luck!
From a winter Sweden with a measly +42.8 F brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Not good but it could have been worst, this could have happened last week when you were so sick and in need of that John. I pray things will get better REAL soon like TODAY would be great. It is minus 24 out there today, I don't know what the windchill is. Take care Ed.

Man o man, Ed, I'm sorry. Trouble seems to follow you ... I just said a prayer and hope things get better for you. :( If I could, would send you some of our overly warm winter to you (44 degrees. Above). :( Stay safe, 'hear? Can Rene help?

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

I hope it gets running again for you, Ed. That can be miserable. It happens to me here, too, and I keep many gallon-jugs of water as an emergency backup. May the sun shine for you :-)

Wait 'til it gets down to 30 Below, Bro! I had to pry open my backdoor yesterday to let the pooches out. And you can't beat a good old fashioned Outhouse in this weather - no flushin required!
