Philosophy of sorts...

Poem Artwork

Legal or not,

We smoke our pot,

Keeping at home not a lot,

Personal use, none for a tot,

Hoping we don’t get swarmed by SWAT…

An odiferous scent,

Man did not this invent,

Grew naturally, heaven sent,

Didn’t take man long,

To learn how to it ferment…

Some have the power,

To enjoy to hallucinate,

Some believe its taste sour,

You well know that personally I find it to be great…

Cancer patients, burned soldiers, pain patients...should I say more? are second guessed by desk jockeys with an official title depriving them of an everyday without pain, leaving the smugglers with a free road instead of hearing thousands of MD's clamoring for a better solution for their patients, instead of prescribing high toxic and dependance drugs.

Ahhh brings back such glorius memories of suede fringed vests, long harr (yes I actually had hair once), the Stones and peace symbols... I think if I hadn't given up smoking the cancer sticks I'd be surely tempted to come down and join you around a bong or two...

Ed, you are incorrigible :-)

There was a time when I worked maintenance for Cardiff Affair Apartments in Campbell, California. For some reason, a bunch of law enforcement folks were tenants. Santa Clara County Sheriffs. Campbell Police. In the mornings, on the second- and third-floor walkways, every morning when it was sunny, all these green "Japanese maples" would appear, beautiful tall bushes, in their wooden half-wine-cask tubs. It was a sight to behold. At the same time, up in the Santa Cruz mountains, above Skyline Drive and up toward Kings Mountain, there was a meadow with a creek running through. The soil was a bit moist and a bit sandy, and I'll bet my grove of green "Japanese maples" has turned into a jungle by now.

And, Ed, I am the only one I have ever known who could not smoke the stuff. Nope. Tried a number of times. Turns me into a zombie. Terrible situation :-)

Transcendental Sojourn-Arrival to One Journal by Liz Cosline

Explains the realizations that have given the author the views of living life fully. The life each person dreams about. You must take a look at yourself before dreams can be reached. Deciding what is the core of belief.
