Poem Artwork

Returned to me is my independence,

Back am I to my driving transcendence,

On my car like a drug addiction,

You can sense my dependence...

High I used to get on pot,

But anymore I can honestly say I'm not,

I find myself higher when a car I got,

Five days out of the last seven,

I was out driving somewhere quite alot...

I've done my walking on the beach of late,

With the beach each & every day I got a date,

Is it driving or walking the beach that relaxes me more,

Maybe better that its both,

In that way I end the life game with a perfect score...

ed - 4/1/10

Great game... and attitude. Keep walking. Let the sea gulls float the shore and hurt no more.

Having wheelz is really good
Gits you out of the neighborhood
Beach and doobie might be cool
You're wiser now, no April fool

Celebrating your independence for sure, but let's not sum up the score of life game just yet. Hugs. Liz

The ocean beaches awaken senses I think more than any other environment I know...sights, sounds, smells and textures are everywhere on a beach and it is never the same way from one day to next.
