I have no idea what category I should put this under...

Poem Artwork

I worked one day so I do feel employed,

Only part time, four hours, fifty miles,

I have got to admit that since I have found some smiles,

No longer do I sit at home in a depression induced void…

Its been three years, damn but that’s long,

Hopefully this place doesn’t go into my background,

As long as they do not go back 30 some years,

Cause if so I guess I will have to live with the fact,

That I did kinda hedge on my app, for I had many fears…

The one main fear was, would I ever again work,

I never had so long a wait for a good job,

I guess for leaving my last one, I was a most stupid jerk,

I needed this job, before I got to the point of,

Off a bridge I would have of myself did lob…

Well this is positive! Good to spend time productively outside the abode and get paid to boot. Congratulations. Patrick

Congratrs on the job, Ed. Hell, everybody fudges on their applications. I was only "caught" once. But that once was not a good thing.

Hope it works out for you, Ed. I can well relate to this; been looking myself for months now. Not fun.
