Poem Artwork

I can’t empty these thoughts,

My mind running on full,

They tear at me with worry,

My life nothing but blurry…

No matter how hard I try,

I don’t know the reason why,

The thoughts do make me cry,

At the very least I do sigh…

I know what the thoughts are,

From them I cannot get far,

Please God; allow me to let them go,

Allow them to from my constant thought pattern flow...

Constant flowing thoughts
~Ed~
Some are great as well as
some are just plain dreary
Just prioritize, hit delete
for the unwanted, then write
us a poem with the rest

I take back what I said on your last poem about too much flushing is no good - sounds like you really need a thorough flush so you can get rid of all that anxiety. A good long walk in the woods will surely help, too.

Go to thoughtstipation.com and order a box of mentalax. Within 24 hours you will definitely empty your thoughts. One flush and the EPA is at your doorstep for toxic waste..Hmmmmm. not much help I guess. Patrick

Been there, buddy. There is hardly anyone else can tell another person what will work to solve their problem. All they can do is tell you what they think.

Hang in. Cuss a lot. Kick a dog. Whatever it takes.

Those words coming from "constant thought pattern flow"...will bring healing and worry will slowly disappear in time. Never leave the words bottled up inside...write them...share or not share them... reread them, never look at them again...understanding will slowly occur...it comes down to... release and time. Walk forward...one step at a time. Windswept
