Poem Artwork

The other night it was sixty one,

Today I’d be surprised if it passed twenty one,

The wind out of the northwest,

I am getting too old to handle the cold,

Herein about that I must confess…

Aurora the dog had a blast,

Into the ocean she went,

Out she came this time without sass,

That water was quite cold, 50 at best,

But to her the beach was heaven sent…

Our walk was relatively short,

She attacked and destroyed a sand fort,

I helped too in that respect,

With the cold I didn’t even bring my machine,

To of the sand, like I usually do, detect…

Ed,

Only you would go to the beach in December. But hey, it's great anytime. This was really cute, hope the dog had fun.

Ever find anything valuable with that machine bubba? Gold rings, titanium knee-pins, chrome hip sockets, alien trinkets, alice in chains? I know what you mean. The eastern mountains here have been frigid, and so have the nights in the lowlands... peace to you ... richard

You should probably wear some clothes,
When you wander the beaches in the cold;
But I finally agree with you on something,
Bro, you are getting very, very, very, old!

I guess it was cold out there today. I bet you were probably the only ones there, you and Aurora,

Hey, Ed! It's December 18th and you're not in Florida.
What did you expect? ;-) Well done, my friend.
