Fell asleep at 10,

Couldn’t keep my eyes open,

Awake at one,

My stomach not fun,

As well thunder in the distance,

Rain on the roof,

A cooler breeze through the window,

The wind blowing across my naked chest,

The storm has arrived,

Likely will be awake till five,

But love the smell of the spring rain,

With it cooler temperatures,

The heat yesterday did on me put a strain,

Just rambling now, like the many raindrops that fall,

Glad I still have around me a roof and four walls…J
