To find pleasure in life, early,
To become old in life, surly,
To see the best,
Expect the worst,
Deal with either,
Treat life like a quest,
Or die happy, like the rest…
To enjoy childhood,
Like we are told we should,
To treat others with kindness, we could,
If we were able we would,
But we’re not,
Because we live in a world,
Mostly devoid of good…
The only answer, death,
The end of breath,
Sometimes brought about by an overabundance of meth,
Maybe we should leave it all to the poets,
And follow the example of MacBeth…
