TV seems to be of late boring,
So does even the computer,
I don’t like games, don’t like the scoring,
Would rather sleep all day & night, constantly snoring…
I’ve got a few Koontz books to eventually read,
Inside me they have placed the reading seed,
But when I read my eyelids get quite the load,
Then before I do sleep I have to visit the porcelain commode…
It could be worse… You could be boorish. In that case all the women would have to watch out for you. But then, you probably wouldn't be happy chasing tail either.
I agree with Sherry, Bro - you really need some new hobbies and pastimes. And she really has a good suggestion for you about volunteering at a local animal shelter. Every animal shelter in America today is overflowing with dogs in need of a new friend - someone to socialize with, play with, take walks with, etc. - and you would get some much needed exercise, too.
I know those feelings; I think Jane is right. Ride the bike, man. It really does feel great when the ride is done... ...and I'm pretty sure you don't have huge hills there. I admit that they are a challenge. Lol! Cheering for you, bro. Love and peace,
It sounds to me like you need to find a new passion, Ed. Why don't you see if you can volunteer somewhere, maybe even at an animal shelter, something to make you feel like you are making a difference? There is somewhere, even nearby, that needs your help and there are always jobs we can do, no matter our limitations.
