one truly has to be careful

as i keep seeing
my previous judgments
has found their way
to manifest in my life
and i am laughing
at myself
how it all turned out
i have become the words
i have gifted to another
perhaps this is why
it is easy to be
the person you dislike
there is no other
what you have given
to your brother
in time you acquire
it simply is
the law
oh the lessons
it keeps unfolding
humbled and grateful
for its gentle reminders
one certainly does have
to imagine
people acting
to their highest ideals
as sissy said,
you really have no choice
but to be kind
this marks again
day one
of the never ending
mental diet
oh dear law,
you just make me
giggle and smile.

The secret lies in the fact that the way we deal with things may lies in the "attitude" that we bring to them.

The law is meant to regulate bad behavior. If you committing good behavior like your poem would suggest and you can't help it, keep on giggling and smiling. And more power to you.

I once wrote a poem about the philosopher who became a prisoner of his own thoughts. But you have raised the price. We are all prisoners of our own thinking! I always knew you were smarter than me.

Beneath the surface of this poem, is a cry for understanding. Often it is without compassion. There is more in the subtext than the text is this cry for unconditional love to be felt. Even the metaphoric photo says the same. Has there ever been a spider that was not existed with feelings of isolation and needs to be acknowledged with love, rather than waiting for the destruction of its lair, its only means of nourishment? Without sentient ability, it knows no better. Loved this piece.
