Poem Artwork

                                 A Butterflies Touch

A Butterflies touch, with its beauty it screams,

Alive in the night,in somebodies dreams.

How many days does it have till it dies,

Doesn't really matter,as long as it flies.

Free to the wind,as it expands its wings,

The sound of silence is the song that it sings.

Freedom awaits in the wide open field,

A longing of love, its whole life will it yield.

The flowers will bloom, the sun it will shine,

The rainbow awaits, the butterflies time.

                     Catch me now,the butterfly sings,

To all of its beauty,to the meadow it brings.

Butterflies are free creatures, may I be free of this longing for love too, next year 2015, starting to realize- love isn't coming easily no more if ever. Sad but true. Oh well, I can do things alone, get along well alone, make a new life again.....So many good poems to read here when blue, blue , blue.

The beauty of the meadow it brings. A butterfly was flying
today in Dec.'s cold and damp. Not to know where it has
been keeping warm. A surprise and awe. I hope it makes
it's way safely.

I find the butterfly's ability to fly so precisely while harvesting nectar, even in the stiff wind, miraculous. And the select all major's beauty is undeniable as your poem suggests.

When I spread my wings in the sun
when I scream to your heart in sweet silence
when the colors of your arch I do call
when my time is ready
when the meadow is full
when the season of love comes upon me
you will see and will feel
as my colors reveal
It was you all along I could love...
