The feeling of anxiety every morning

I woke up looking for a new face,
Something to take place of the tear stains I am to ashamed to embrace,
My heart beats erratic at the thought of them looking,
Seeing who I really am, knowing deep down that I really can,
I'm not stupid nor am I fat,
But whenever I leave my house I start believing that,
The sweats will start and then my closing chest,
Feeling like one thousand elephants in marching contest,
No matter how many times I try to embrace my very own face,
I spend hours clowning around,
Looking for a way to make you think self-worth is what I have finally found.
