If only our wishes were coinage

For dreams I’d pay in advance

I’d be so broke but so contented

To buy desire’s morning dance

 

 

If your hugs were just a nickel

and your sweet kisses a dime

I’d be selling all that I owned

To be always first in that line

 

 

If making love naked at sunrise

Would take all I’ve ever had

You know I’d give it up gladly

Not for a single moment be sad

 

 

But there is no price tag

There are no hidden service fee

Our love is our gift to each other

That’s why forever it’s free…

Felix, "the cost" of love is indeed dear my friend. It demands that we, each of us, give up our hearts to the one we love. If ever there was a better deal, I would not know where to begin to look for it. May peace and love be always with you. Jon Michael

Aw Fee! This is so very sweet and romantic....you have such a gift for writing romance. Ever think of writing a romance novel? I recently did a workshop the class was told the biggest share of the publishing market is and always was....romance!!! I think you could do an awesome job on a love story!
