I wrote this poem a few months after Joshua died. It helped to give me a purpose to go on. I hope it will help some of you too..

I'm living life for you
on this bright, sunny day,
trying to make a difference
and find a better way,
to give a word of cheer,
or hold someone thats dear.

I'll say a friendly hello
and take someones hand,
leading them down the path
towards God's promised land

Yes, I'll try to make a difference
in someones life today, and enjoy
the beauty of the world
as life goes on its way

This is my living tribute
I'm doing just for you.
I know its something positive
you'd want me to do

I'll face each new day
with a smile bright and true ,
making a difference for our Lord
and especially for you
