This poem is very impressive and surrealistic, but a clear message can be understood through its lines.
The two WOLVES are, United Nations Security Council and The Vatican,
on that serves the manufacturer of "mass destruction" and one that tell the people to accept their impositions, for the will of ZEUS=Teus=Deus=Die=Dio, must be fulfilled.

Impressive symbolistic poetical writing. A poem that delivers a message combining art and contents.

"Mad Wolves under Moonlight" can be controlled and neutralized whenever the people say stop!
Very striking lines here to feed the imagination and nourish good sense.
