THEN and NOW

THEN: I was insecure with women. I would fumble over my words and make up stuff up to say.

NOW: I have a wife who loves me for who I am. I can talk her openly; life is much better today.

THEN: I hung out with the in-crowd. I lived life day by day.

NOW: I am surrounded with educated people. We are never too old to learn something new every day.

THEN: I had few good friends. I liked fast cars and owned many useless things.

NOW: I have many Christian friends who stick with me through tough times. God bless them for the inspiration they bring.

THEN: I was unsure about God and relied on others for answers. I did not think of God as a friend.

NOW: I know Jesus as a  friend. The Bible is God’s Love letter that guides us to Heaven without end.

I thank God for my New Life right NOW!  Amen!
