This is self-help weight loss. Sometimes I feel so helpless that I need to follow my own advice. Been there, done that. LOL

Poem Artwork

Smaller plates are smart to use if it’s weight you want to lose

BIG PLATES hold more food and it’s easier to pile on more and more

So, don’t put extra pounds on the plate like a hungry goose

For less food means it will be easier to walk through that door

This can be a good habit to start to follow today and forevermore!

Amen

So true John,
Most of the times, in our efforts to lose weight, it's not what we are eating, but how much of it. Using small plates will certainly help us to limit our intake and hopefully lose weight as well, if that is what we are trying to do!
continued success!

I went to small plates a few years ago. But lately, I'm beginning to think I will have to go to saucers! ;-)
