I know every artist says thiis when they create a new work, but this is my favorite poem so far (all my poems are my favorite for different reasons). The main reason for this is that it has so many important messages and lessons for humankind, most of which we continually claim to learn, and yet, seem incapable of really learning.

the Wonderman of Europe
comes to me each night
to teach so I may learn
of how the world
really works
&
the Destiny of Man


for we are not Doomed
as some insist
to suffer and die
while some are saved
it isn't quite that simple


if we really wish to survive
the next couple hundred years
we must learn two vital lessons


fighting is pointless
animalistic
and wrong

and that we are all really
Brothers
&
Sisters
in GOD
