Isn't that everybody's dream? That all these stupid wars will stop. They bring nothing but harm and pain to all these innocent people.
Excellent, well-penned poem.
Ronald, your hopes for peace are the same within us all, only being able to make them true is beyond any realm we could possibly reach. It's a beautiful poem with lots of heart behind it.
Ronald, a great poem and wonderful thoughts. Unfortunately, the world isn't there yet. You see, while everyone is screaming about weapons of mass destruction, simpler weapons, like machettes are butchering 100's of thousands of people across Africa and Asia. I fear that the only way to end all war (or man killing man) is for an enormous number of people to die. It hurts to even say that, but I fear it is the only way. Otherwise, they will just keep killing each other. ~ Sara

in our country which this political season shows, then where
is the hope for peace? We can't even be peaceful among ourselves
and we have more than the rest of the world! We are a spoiled
nation. We don't know how to be peaceful, and that unfortunately
