It is more than difficult to understand how man cannot evolve beyond war; it is as though it is passed down through the womb and we are powerless to stop the spin of it all. What price freedom? ...and does death in war even begin to guarantee it? Thank you for remembering our fallen.

I've been watching a lot of war dvd's & documentaries this year since I joined NetFlix. Even WWII (the "good and necessary war") was full of these ludicrous short-term objectives; usually the long term cost is necessary, compulsory and worth it BUT when it's not; it's time for people to use their brains and conscience and not act from Patriotic reflexes. Politicians on all sides love "crowd-reflexes" and prey on them...
