I Sing
I sing because I'm happy.
I sing when I am blue,
I sing because I want to,
and I'm singing this one for you.
There is a song in my heart,
that escapes whenever I see you.
There are no words to describe,
so a song will have to do.
I serenade you in your morning,
at lunch when the sun is high at noon,
as we walk hand-in-hand in the sunset,
and by the light of the magic moon.
(Refrain)
A melody escaped me,
when you first came into view.
I'll never forget that day, but then,
every day with you is brand-new.
And when our days are over,
and when our days are through,
our songs will always linger,
in the hearts of other lovers, too.
So, one more time,
let me sing this one for you.
(Refrain)
One more time, one more time,
just for you, just for you...

The link below is my poor attempt at singing this song. I hope to repost a better version after practice with me smiling on Sunday… You may need Quicktime, free from Apple.com, to view it.

Morning about being...gentle...with life...others
...yourself.
A poem-song with a gentle rhyme...loving words that
touch with gentle rhythm-whisper and look...gently
falling on a PC screen and a listening ear of your
reader...on Sun-morn...
Oh! What a feeling!...to find out so much about the
gentlest act of caring and it's great power to turn
a life around...making the world less difficult for
most of us...
Great to see/hear you...singing your poem-song.
Ex aequo et bono...score your poem and singing-act
...11 out of 10...Score that...now you share with my
all favorite...Audrey Hepburn's...Moon River "singing"
as seen...during her healing process...at the "Breakfast
at Tiffany's" film.
Yes, your smile's missing...seems the hardest thing
to do...at so many stages of life...but no pressure!
And, yes...don't we all envy that...talent...courage
and...choosing to be gentle...the true virtue of who
you really are...and true understanding of life...no
matter what...
Extra Kudos!...with a smile...much love and positive
energy...posted your way...
Thank you for sharing/entertaining/making my day.
but only solo I fear.
I can't carry a tune,
So I sing so low nobody can hear.

Once more, I would like to suggest kompoz.com
as a songwriting site.
Your success rate there might only be one out of 20,
at first.
But it WOULD work for you....
