I believe that True Love
Has a life of Its own;
True Love not only between lovers,
But also between
A parent and their child,
Siblings, both brothers and sisters,
A friend for a friend,
And even between someone
And their beloved pet.
True Love transcends Death
And all understanding.
Like God Him, or Her, Self,
It is vast, mysterious, and infinite.
We cannot know with our meager human minds
The totality of Its Being, for
True Love, like God, is eternal --
It just Is, and always will Be.
