When Santa clears
The tree tops
And lands upon
My roof
I don't require
Any further proof
Of the dear old gentleman's
Truth.
He brings smiles,
He brings laughter,
He brings smiles,
He brings joy,
His face is known
Throughout the world
As the vision of
Brotherly love.
His is the spirit
Of boundless
Bottomless,
Compassion,
Of never ending
Tolerance,
Of gently taught
Life lessons.
He's at the soul
Of all that's good,
He's at the heart
Of the season,
He's the very image
Of Christ's admonitions
Of peace, good will,
And patience.

As a portrayer of Santa now for over 16 years...I have tried to live up to a creed very close to what you write about. I have worked in malls, in movies and commercials, in studio and in home visits to peoples homes and it gives me great pride and joy when I hear a little one wh[s hugging me say: "I love you Santa"
