The Impotent Bull

You ask me how I'm gettin' on;
Well, last week good luck went:
I found out that my prize stud bull
Was bloody im-PO-tent!

I took him to the local vet
Who gave a diagnosis;
The label on the bottle read
"Three hourly daily doses."

A coupla anxious weeks dragged by,
("Is the treatment gonna flop?")
But then, thank God, the bull improved
And soon was back on top.

The cows they came in droves, they did,
And the place was full of action
And each on leaving wore a look
Of smiling satisfaction.

Don't ask me what was in the stuff,
'cause I wouldn't have a clue,
But it tasted just like orange juice
And a real delicious brew!

I once wrote a humourous article titled "The Two Bulls". Recently I thought this theme could be the makings of a light verse. Well, here it is.

hehehehehehehehe... Jaysus, Patrick, I'm giggling myself silly, here.. "...soon was back on top." You, divil, you! (oops.. more: hehehe). God, but I love this one! My sweetie will fall down, sweardagod! I MUST direct him to this one. I especially loved that you kept the language informal, 'slangy'.. (there she goes again: hehehehe). My funny bone is right bloody TICKLED! A corker, indeed! katy. (You should see me grinnin'.. I blush too! hehehe <---- ok, that's enough, lady! outta here.. now!) smile.
