you’ve stood tall
shouldered a load all these years
with that burden on your back
you crawled toward the light
when all your world was black
but a higher power saw your tears
you bravely dared
to share love’s fleeting dream
you gave every part of your heart
love’s joy was gone so it seemed
before it barely could start
often lost so far from shore
the inky thick fog all around
you just can’t take anymore
you think you’re going down
some of us are displaced souls
some of us belong elsewhere
some of us are spirits of old
just dreaming until we get there
some of us are passing through
dark waters too deep to swim
some of us have lost too much
and it’s time now for us to win
so don’t you be afraid to launch
don’t be afraid to set sail
no don’t fear the howling gale
on an ocean wide of deepest hope
host those sails, brave the wind
you’re able to hold the rope
...upon the waters of your pen...I will also sail upon your waters of hope...spirits of old and the most beautiful dreaming.
really beautiful La Belle...

Encouraging and uplifting, Belle. Thank you for sharing this offering. Love and best wishes to you,
Oooo, intriguing photograph! How very soothing as one sets sail into a greater unknown in search of the kind of love only written in fairy tales, just beautiful...
Appeals to the Gandalf, Galadriel or Arwen in us all, Belle. "Just dreaming until we get there" just about sums it up! :)) Reckon you'll have more than a few lashed to the mast to weather this storm with you... Journeymen and women of the soul is what we undoubtedly are. Bless you for your loving and kind words always. Kate xx
As aways your grasp of affairs of the heart and their passageway into the reality of life pours from your mind like a warm breeze caressing the readers who require the touch of a warm thought. Well done sweet BElle

Sage wisdom. Fear of life is more crippling than fear of death and courage is not the absense of fear but the overcoming of fear to do what needs to be done. I see both in this wonderful piece. This is a keeper for me, and I love the pix too.
The second book in the telepathy series. It contains more ways for the up and coming telepathist to experiment with the sending and receiving of thoughts and is at the end of the story about future telepathy people found unexpectedly chosen by the go
